It refers to EUROCAE ED-147B ATM Validation Platforms Interoperability Specification. The document complements ED-147B by proposing a common collaboration model that aims to support ATM Validation Platform stakeholders to reach their goal of working together in a collaborative way. It provides examples and best practices from validation exercises using Interoperable ATM Validation Platforms from different ATM Domains.
